Conversational commerce (c-commerce) is a term that describes the way businesses connect with people through messaging platforms. C-commerce can also help move shoppers through the path to purchase using tools such as Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp.

This training explores how to engage people in conversations at every stage of the customer journey. We also examine how to create campaign objectives and manage conversations successfully with Meta technologies. Finally, we discuss how to target your ads to Core, Custom and lookalike audiences with audience selection tools..
