Swatara Coffee is a Veteran-owned independent coffee shop out of Jonestown, Pennsylvania focused on creating community, being eco-friendly, and sourcing locally, founded in 2017 by wife and husband Co-Owners, Joanna and John. They celebrate their community by working with local people and businesses to positively impact the local economy within their small town. Facebook is the number-one way that they advertise and connect with their community and prior to COVID, 75-80% of customers are attributed to Facebook and Instagram, and 75-80% of their marketing budget is allocated to Facebook.
