Admission Policy

Please note that the exam will be conducted in a group format. The maximum ratio of proctor to candidates is 1:8.

If you plan on taking your exam at a corporate office, please note that there are known issues with firewalls that may prevent you from taking an exam.

MAKE SURE YOUR ID MATCHES YOUR CERTMETRICS PROFILE

If the name on your CertMetrics Profile (e.g. use of a nickname) does not match your name on your valid ID, please make sure to update if you never done that before, or contact the Facebook Blueprint customer support team to re-update at least 3 business days before your scheduled exam.

REQUEST ANY NECESSARY SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS BEFORE THE EXAM

If you require special accommodations to take your exam, please use the PearsonVUE exam channel to schedule an exam instead. Please make sure to email Facebook Blueprint customer support team to get approval and help BEFORE scheduling your exam.

BE PREPARED TO SHOW YOUR GOVERNMENT ID

Be prepared to show one (1) valid form of Government-issued personal ID.

Your ID must:

  • Include a signature and photo

  • Be issued by the country in which you are testing OR be a passport issued by your country of citizenship

If your identification is not considered valid, you will not be permitted to complete your exam.

Examples of acceptable identification:

  • Passport

  • Driver’s license

  • Military ID

  • Identification card (national or local)

  • Registration card (such as green card, permanent resident visa)

Minors who are under the age of 18 are permitted to present a valid student ID as a form of identification. A minor’s guardian must also present a valid ID and provide verbal consent during the check-in process.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY OF YOUR EXAM

MAKE SURE TO HAVE A CLUTTER FREE WORKSTATION

NO PERSONAL ITEMS ARE ALLOWED IN YOUR TESTING ROOM

This includes all bags or purses, books not authorized by the sponsor, notes, phones, pagers, watches and wallets.

EXAM DAY LOGIN STEPS

Log into your account 30 minutes early to start the check-in process. If you are more than 15 minutes late after your scheduled exam time, you will be unable to begin your exam and are unlikely to receive a refund (if applicable).

To login and take your exam, follow the below steps:

  1. Make sure to complete reading of Facebook policies and NDA.
  2. Enroll into a session that is suitable to you.
  3. Follow the instruction on the exam scheduling page to log into the meeting tool, meet your proctor, and start the check-in process.
  4. Please make sure to review your scheduled appointment time and time zone information to make sure you are trying to test at the proper time.

POST EXAM PROCESS

  • Results are sent from our certification management partner, CertMetrics 24 hours after completing your exam. Check your spam or junk mailbox if you have not received an email notification.

  • View your exam score and score report by logging into CertMetrics with your email address and select the download link, located under the Exam History section if you do not receive an email from CertMetrics.

Reschedule Policy

Exams must be rescheduled at least one full business day (24 hours) before the appointment. To reschedule your exam, please log into the scheduling page to get started.

*Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your exam, or not arriving for your appointment, is considered a “no-show” and is subject to forfeit of the full exam fee (if applicable). If you attempt to reschedule your exam before the 5-day waiting period, your exam may be revoked and / or invalidated upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an exam appointment, you must do so at least one full business day (24 hours) before the appointment to avoid forfeit of the full exam fee (if apply).

To cancel your scheduled exam:

Please go to the exam scheduling page. Click on "unenroll" to cancel. On the same page, you can enroll in a different exam session.

Additional Information

Appointment lengths include 10 minutes to meet proctor and show your ID at the beginning of the exam and a 5-minute survey at the end of the exam.

The total time allowed to take this exam excludes the 15 minutes listed above.
